To minimize our costs and pass those savings on to you our customers in the form of bonuses and promotions we have created the following guidelines:

• All credit card transactions are encrypted.
• We will process your cash-out within 4 business days.
• All withdrawals are free of charge.
• We limit cash-outs to twice per month.
• For small cash outs we recommend establishing NETeller, or PrePaidATM account. Once transferred to these accounts your funds will be available instantly.
• If cash-out is less that US$250 and it is issued by check from one of our banks it may take you in some cases up to 25 days to clear the check.
• To process cash-outs and to receive deposits and bonuses Miami Poker reserves the right to request a copy of the front and back of your primary ID (passport, driving license, identity card) for account verification purposes.
• At this time we can process deposits and withdrawals in US$ only.
